What are the hours for hair tests and patches?
Hair and sweat patch appointments are available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:30 pm. Please contact our office at 763-253-5401
to schedule an appointment.
Do I need to make an appointment for a urinalysis test?
No, however anyone that is coming in for a UA that needs to be observed should call ahead to ensure there is a same sex observer, especially for weekend days.
What are the prices for different products and services?
Because products and services vary widely, call for pricing information.
How can I get set up on EHM for probation?
Your probation officer will need to fill out an electronic home monitoring enrollment form with your information and the type of services being requested. They are then able to email or fax over the completed enrollment form to us to get a file set up.
What do I do if my machine is not working properly?
Please call our main line at 763-253-5401
and select option 0 to speak with a Minnesota Monitoring representative.
How can I make changes to my test times and/or schedule?
You will need to speak with a case manager between the hours of 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. to make any schedule changes.
How do I make my payment?
Payments can be made over the phone with an agent using a credit/debit card, in person at Minnesota Monitoring at our New Hope location, or on-line on our website.
I overpaid for my services. When can I expect my refund to arrive?
Refunds take 6-8 weeks. Refunds can either be mailed out and placed back the card that was used for payments. Please call Minnesota Monitoring to let us know which method you prefer to have your refund back on.
Where can I return my equipment?
Clients can return their equipment back to any of our Minnesota Monitoring locations. You can also return it to your county probation office.
Can I get information regarding test results?
You can only get information regarding testing if you are on the release form.
What is the price for DNA testing?
The cost for DNA testing is $450.00 if it is done at one of our Minnesota Monitoring locations. There are extra charges associated with testing if we have to travel to a different location such as a hospital, etc.
Do I need an appointment for DNA testing?
Yes, it is necessary to make an appointment before having DNA testing done.
